Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc. Subject to the provisions of Section 5.1.2(b) and Article 8, Tenant, at its sole expense, shall (a) comply with (or cause to be complied with) all material Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and restoration of any Property and with the terms and conditions of any ground lease affecting any Property, (b) perform (or cause to be performed) in a timely fashion all of Landlord’s obligations under any ground lease affecting any Property and (c) procure, maintain and comply with (or cause to be procured, maintained and complied with) all material licenses, certificates of need, permits, provider agreements and other authorizations and agreements required for any use of any Property and Tenant’s Personal Property, if any, then being made, and for the proper erection, installation, operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any part thereof.
Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc. Subject to the provisions of Article 8, Tenant, at its sole expense, shall (i) comply with Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and restoration of the Leased Property, and (ii) comply with all appropriate licenses, and other authorizations and agreements required for any use of the Leased Property and Tenant's Personal Property, if any, then being made and which are material to the operation of the Leased Property as a hotel, and for the proper operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any part thereof.
Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc. Subject to the provisions of Article VIII, Article X and Article XI, Tenant, at its sole expense, shall (or shall cause Operator, if applicable, to) (i) comply with Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and restoration of the Leased Property, and (ii) comply with all appropriate Licenses, and other authorizations and agreements required for any use of the Leased Property and Tenant's Personal Property, if any, then being made and which are material to the operation of the Leased Property as an assisted living facility, and for the proper operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any part thereof.
Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc. Subject to the provisions of Article 8, Tenant, at its sole expense, shall, or shall cause Manager to, (a) comply with Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration, and restoration of the Leased Property, and (b) comply with all appropriate licenses, and other authorizations and agreements, required for any use of the Leased Property and Tenant’s Personal Property, if any, then being made and which are material to the operation of the Leased Property for the uses permitted hereunder, and for the proper operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any part thereof.

Subject to the provisions of Article 8 and Section 5.1.3(b), Tenant, at its sole expense, shall (or shall direct the Manager to) (i) comply with all material Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and restoration of the Leased Property and with the terms and conditions of any ground lease affecting the Leased Property and (ii) procure, maintain and comply with all appropriate licenses, and other authorizations and agreements required for any use of the Leased Property and Tenant's Personal Property, if any, then being made, and for the proper erection, installation, operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any part thereof.
Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc. Subject to the provisions of Section 5.1.2(b) and Article 8, Tenant, at its sole expense, shall (i) comply with (or cause to be complied with) all material Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and restoration of any Property and with the terms and conditions of any ground lease affecting any Property, and (ii) procure, maintain and comply with (or cause to be procured, maintained and complied with) all material licenses, permits and other authorizations and agreements required for any use of any Property and Tenant’s Personal Property, if any, then being made, and for the proper erection, installation, operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any part thereof.
Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc. Subject to the provisions of Article 9, Lessee, at its sole expense, shall (i) comply with all Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements, and with all reasonable requirements of Secured Loan Documents which do not materially impair Lessee’s operations or cause Lessee to incur any substantial expense, in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and restoration of the Personal Property, (ii) comply with all Permitted Encumbrances; and (iii) comply with all appropriate licenses, and other authorizations and agreements (including the VANOC Agreement) required for, or in respect of, any use of the Personal Property, if any, then being made and which are material to the use and operation of the Cypress Premises, and for the proper operation and maintenance of the Personal Property thereon. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Lessee will have no obligation to comply, or liability for non-compliance, if such non-compliance is a result of the Lessor exercising its discretion not to consent, to the detriment of the Lessee, to a course of action by the Lessee as requested by the Lessee pursuant to the terms of this Lease.
Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc. Subject to the provisions of Article 8 and Section 5.1.3(b), Tenant, at its sole expense, shall (i) comply with all material Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and restoration of the Leased Property and with the terms and conditions of the Ground Lease and/or any sublease affecting the Leased Property, (ii) perform all obligations of the landlord under any sublease affecting the Leased Property and (iii) procure, maintain and comply with all material licenses, and other authorizations and agreements required for any use of the Leased Property and Tenant's Personal Property, if any, then being made, and for the proper erection, installation, operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any part thereof.
Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc. Except as ------------------------------------------------- otherwise provided in the Management Agreement, subject to the provisions of Article 8 and Section 5.1.2(b), Tenant, at its sole expense, shall (or shall ----------------------------- direct the Manager to) (i) comply with Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and restoration of the Leased Property and with the terms and conditions of any ground lease affecting the Leased Property, and (ii) and (iii) procure, maintain and comply with all appropriate licenses, and other authorizations and agreements required for any use of the Leased Property and Tenant's Personal Property, if any, then being made, and for the proper erection, installation, operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any part thereof.
Compliance with Legal/Insurance Requirements, Etc. Subject to the provisions of Article 8, Tenant, at its sole expense, shall (i) comply with Legal Requirements (including Gaming Laws) and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and restoration of the Leased Property, and (ii) comply with all appropriate licenses, and other authorizations and agreements required for any use of the Leased Property, including without limitation, the Leased Personal Property, if any, then being made and which are material to the operation of the Leased Property for the uses permitted hereunder, and for the proper operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any part thereof, including all gaming licenses and other operating permits. Tenant shall make all filings required to be made after the Effective Date under Gaming Laws or in connection with any gaming license or operating permits and shall deliver to Landlord and Mortgagee copies of such filings as such party may reasonably request; provided, however, nothing in this Section 4.2 should be construed as to require Tenant to provide any personal or confidential information of its, or its Affiliates’ officers, directors, members or direct or indirect owners.
