Comprehensive Rules definition

Comprehensive Rules is defined in Section 12.13(b).
Comprehensive Rules means the J.A.M.S. Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. "Contracts" has the meaning set forth in Section 2.13(i).

Comprehensive Rules shall apply if the total amount of claims at issue in the arbitration exceeds $75,000.
