Computer data center means a facility used or to be used primarily to house computer data center equipment used or to be used in conducting a computer data center business, as determined by the tax credit authority.

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;
