Conceptual Master Plan definition

Conceptual Master Plan means the schematic Conceptual Master Plan dated January 26, 2007 attached to the Planned Development District Standards.
Conceptual Master Plan means the conceptual plan provided to the Village in connection with the Project Plan solely for illustrative purposes, which can vary and change without additional approval or review by the Village.
Conceptual Master Plan means the Conceptual Master Plan attached as Exhibit A to the PDD Standards as same may be modified by agreement of the City and Owner, Developer, or their successors or assigns, as applicable.

Conceptual Master Plan is that master development plan entitled “Doral Commons”, prepared by Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx & Associates, dated stamped received on July 11, 2012, and approved by the City, which regulates the nature of the streets and blocks and establishes building sites within the Property and, along with the Architectural Design and Development Criteria, govern the administrative review of all detailed development Site Plans for the Project.
Conceptual Master Plan. The Conceptual Master Plan for the PUD which was approved by the City on August 7, 2012. A copy of the approved Conceptual Master Plan is shown on attached Exhibit “C”.
