Conditions of Closing definition

Conditions of Closing means the conditions of a Closing set out under the heading
Conditions of Closing. Closing is subject to delivery of the following items to the Bank:
Conditions of Closing shall have the meaning set forth in ARTICLE VII of this Agreement.
