Confidential Employee Information. Information regarding District employees that is not public under GRAMA (UCA. §63G-2-301). The primary purpose of this Agreement is for Contractor to protect personally identifiable student data for District, but to the extent that purpose shall include Contractor access to District employee information (hereinafter “Confidential Employee Information”), Contractor shall protect the confidentiality of District employee information consistent with UCA §63G-2-302(1)(g), Utah Administrative Code R277-487 and other applicable provisions of State and federal law.

Confidential Employee Information means any item of information (in any format, written, electronic, or other) that is directly related to an identifiable District employee (current or former) and is maintained by the District or by a District employee in the performance of his or her duties.

Examples of Confidential Employee Information in a sentence

  • Recipient shall notify the District or IHE immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Student or Candidate Record Information or Confidential Employee Information, and will cooperate with the other party in every reasonable way to assist them in regaining possession of the Student or Candidate Record Information or Confidential Employee Information, mitigating the consequences of its disclosure, and preventing its further unauthorized use.

  • Company Confidential Information means information (including any and all combinations of individual items of information) that the Company has or will develop, acquire, create, compile, discover or own, that has value in or to the Company’s business which is not generally known and which the Company wishes to maintain as confidential. Company Confidential Information includes both information disclosed by the Company to me, and information developed or learned by me during the course of my employment with the Company. Company Confidential Information also includes all information of which the unauthorized disclosure could be detrimental to the interests of the Company, whether or not such information is identified as Company Confidential Information. I understand that nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit employees’ rights to discuss the terms, wages, and working conditions of their employment, as protected by applicable law.

  • Fund Confidential Information means Confidential Information for which the Fund is the Disclosing Party.

  • Protected Health Information (PHI) means individually identifiable health information created, received, maintained or transmitted by Business Associate on behalf of a health care component of the Covered Entity that relates to the provision of health care to an Individual; the past, present, or future physical or mental health or condition of an Individual; or the past, present, or future payment for provision of health care to an Individual. 45 CFR 160.103. PHI includes demographic information that identifies the Individual or about which there is reasonable basis to believe can be used to identify the Individual. 45 CFR 160.103.   • Purchaser Confidential Information means all confidential or proprietary documents and information concerning the Purchaser or any of its Representatives; provided, however, that Purchaser Confidential Information shall not include any information which, (i) at the time of disclosure by the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, is generally available publicly and was not disclosed in breach of this Agreement or (ii) at the time of the disclosure by the Purchaser or its Representatives to the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, was previously known by such receiving party without violation of Law or any confidentiality obligation by the Person receiving such Purchaser Confidential Information.   • Customer Confidential Information means any information or compilation of information, not generally known, which is provided to the Employer by its customers or potential customers, is proprietary to the customer or potential customer and relates to the customer’s or potential customer’s existing or reasonably foreseeable business. Information provided to the Employer by a customer or potential customer shall be treated as Customer Confidential Information.

  • Exempt Information means any information or class of information (including but not limited to any document, report, Agreement or other material containing information) relating to this Agreement or otherwise relating to the Provider, which potentially falls within an exemption to FOIA (as set out therein);
