Confidentiality Compliance Review definition

Confidentiality Compliance Review or “CCR” is used in this Agreement to denote reviews that may be conducted by a Federal entity, or its agents or contractors, to ensure those recipients of Wage Data, PII from Education Records, or Personal Information from VR Records are complying with the terms of this Agreement, including the confidentiality requirements, and to provide feedback and findings to the parties, as appropriate, on how their processes can be improved to better safeguard the Wage Data, PII from Education Records, and Personal Information from VR Records. CCRs and the related party responsibilities are addressed in further detail in Section XIII.A. Under 20 CFR 603.9(b)(1)(vii), an entity receiving Wage Data from a SUIA must maintain a system sufficient to allow an audit of compliance with 20 CFR part 603.
Confidentiality Compliance Review is used in this Agreement to denote reviews that may be conducted by a State or Federal entity, or its agents or contractors, to ensure those recipients of confidential UC information, PII from education records, or personal information from VR records are complying with the terms of this Agreement, including the confidentiality requirements, and to provide feedback and findings to the parties, as appropriate, on how their processes can be improved to better safeguard the Wage Data, PII from education records, and Personal Information from VR records. Under 20 CFR 603.9(b)(1)(vii), an entity receiving wage data from a State UI Agency must maintain a system sufficient to allow an audit of compliance with 20 CFR Part 603. A State may be subject to at least one (1) joint review annually by OCTAE, RSA/OSERS, and ETA. These reviews do not preclude additional review, audit, and inspection where there is good cause to believe there was a violation of the Agreement.

Examples of Confidentiality Compliance Review in a sentence

  • An autumn Town Hall WebEx addressing PACIA, SUIA, and IT issues is planned for October 17, and the Confidentiality Compliance Review and Incident Response WebEx will take place October 10 at 2:00 p.m. EDT.

Related to Confidentiality Compliance Review

  • Compliance Review means an inspection of the home, grounds, and files to determine compliance with these regulations.

  • Labor compliance agreement means an agreement entered into between a contractor or subcontractor and an enforcement agency to address appropriate remedial measures, compliance assistance, steps to resolve issues to increase compliance with the labor laws, or other related matters.

  • Safety compliance facility means a licensee that is a commercial entity that receives marihuana from a marihuana facility or registered primary caregiver, tests it for contaminants and for tetrahydrocannabinol and other cannabinoids, returns the test results, and may return the marihuana to the marihuana facility.

  • Internal confidentiality agreement or statement means a confidentiality agreement or any other written statement that the contractor requires any of its employees or subcontractors to sign regarding nondisclosure of contractor information, except that it does not include confidentiality agreements arising out of civil litigation or confidentiality agreements that contractor employees or subcontractors sign at the behest of a Federal agency.

  • Compliance agreement means a written agreement between a person and the Commissioner to achieve compliance with this quarantine.

  • Confidentiality Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.7 hereof.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.

  • Confidentiality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.

  • Acceptable Confidentiality Agreement means a confidentiality agreement that contains terms that are no less favorable in the aggregate to the Company, than those contained in the Confidentiality Agreement; provided, that such agreement and any related agreements shall not include any provision calling for any exclusive right to negotiate with such party or having the effect of prohibiting the Company from satisfying its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Compliance Report means, as applicable in relation to the test being conducted, a report containing the results of the Compliance Tests carried out by State Street.

  • Information Disclosure Requirements means the requirements to disclose information under:

  • Compliance Order means an order issued by the Code Enforcement Officer pursuant to subdivision (a) of section 15 of this local law.

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Business Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Existing Confidentiality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01.

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.

  • Certificate of Compliance means the certificate referred to in Section 3.03 of the Servicing Agreement and substantially in the form of Exhibit E to the Servicing Agreement.

  • Confidentiality Period means, (A) with respect to Confidential Information (other than trade secrets), during the term of the Service Term and for a period of one (1) year after termination of the Service Term, and (B) with respect to trade secrets, during the term of the Service Term and for such period thereafter as the information in question falls within the definition of trade secrets under prevailing law.

  • Patient Information means information (however recorded) which—

  • compliance notice means a notice served in accordance with regulation 21(2); “conformity assessment procedure” means any procedure referred to in regulation 6;

  • Criminal history record information means records and data collected by criminal justice agencies

  • Compliance schedule means a schedule of events, by date, which will result in compliance with these regulations.
