Connecting Facilities definition

Connecting Facilities means dedicated facilities provided either under this Agreement or separate contract used to connect Carrier's network and ALLTEL's network for the purposes of interchanging traffic.

More Definitions of Connecting Facilities

Connecting Facilities means dedicated facilities provided either under this Agreement or separate contract used to connect Carrier's network and Alltel's network for the purposes of interchanging traffic, "'Contract Year" means a twelve (12) month period during the term of tile contract commencing on tile Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.
Connecting Facilities means facilities connecting directly to the Pipeline for the purpose of providing Diluent volumes into the Pipeline or taking delivery of Diluent from the Pipeline.
Connecting Facilities means the improvements necessary to connect the INTERNAL FACILITIES to the CITY’s water and wastewater systems at the points of connection described in Subsection 10.ASection 12).
Connecting Facilities means the pipeline and related facilities, known as the Dickins Lake and Vardie River Projects proposed by NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) in north-western Alberta to facilitate the shipment of natural gas from the MGP to southern markets and includes any connecting facilities proposed by successors or assigns of NGTL.
Connecting Facilities means the wastewater system improvements and Wastewater Meter within the Development, to be constructed by Developer, that will connect and deliver wastewater from the Development to the Developer Wastewater Line, the location of which is generally shown on Exhibit B.

Related to Connecting Facilities

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Communication Facilities means video, video-conferencing, internet or online conferencing applications, telephone or tele-conferencing and/or any other video-communications, internet or online conferencing application or telecommunications facilities by means of which all Persons participating in a meeting are capable of hearing and being heard by each other;

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.

  • Tanning facility means any premises, building, or part of a building that contains one or more rooms or booths with any of the following:

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.
