Construction Draw Request definition

Construction Draw Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03.
Construction Draw Request means a written request delivered by Borrower to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 3.3(c) of the Disbursement Agreement.

Construction Draw Request. A properly completed and executed written application by Borrower to Agent in the form approved by Agent, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, setting forth the amount of Construction Proceeds desired, together with such schedules, affidavits, releases, waivers, statements, invoices, bills and other documents, certificates and information as Agent requires.
Construction Draw Request means a written request delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent to withdraw funds from a Construction Account, substantially in the form of Schedule 3.3 to the Disbursement Agreement (from and after its entry into force).

Related to Construction Draw Request

  • Construction Drawings means those drawings containing the technical details associated with the design, construction and installation of the Infrastructure;

Landlord’s approval of the Working Drawings shall not be a representation or warranty of Landlord that such drawings are adequate for any use or comply with any Law, but shall merely be the consent of Landlord thereto. Tenant shall, at Landlord’s request, sign the Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. After the Working Drawings have been approved, Tenant shall cause the Work to be performed in accordance with the Working Drawings.

  • Construction Change Directive means a written order prepared by Owner Parties and signed by Owner directing Contractor to perform a change in the Work prior to agreeing to a change, if any, to the Contract Time, schedule of performance of the Work, Contract Sum, or Contractor’s compensation.
