Consultant Costs definition

Consultant Costs has the meaning given in clause 33.10 (Enhanced Co-operation).
Consultant Costs means the fees and expenses incurred by the Insured(s) for the advisory services of the Crisis Consultants referred to in “What to do in a Crisis?” attached to this policy, provided to assist the Insured(s) in responding to an Insured Event. Consultant Costs shall not include any of the costs described in DEFINITIONS 2.16 and 2.19 set forth below.
Consultant Costs means all fees, costs and/or other charges paid to Consultant for preparation of Study Tasks 1 and 2.

More Definitions of Consultant Costs

Consultant Costs means all fees, costs and/or other charges paid to Consultant for preparation of the Study.

  • Medical Expenses means those expenses that an Insured Person has necessarily and actually incurred for medical treatment on account of Illness or Accident on the advice of a Medical Practitioner, as long as these are no more than would have been payable if the Insured Person had not been insured and no more than other hospitals or doctors in the same locality would have charged for the same medical treatment.

  • Eligible Project Costs means such portion of the Project costs disbursed and loaned from the OPWC to the Recipient for the sole and express purpose of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, expanding, improving, engineering and equipping the Project, other direct expenses, and related financing costs thereto.

  • Reimbursable Expenses means all assignment-related costs [such as travel, translation, report printing, secretarial expenses, subject to specified maximum limits in the Contract].
