You agree that your agent has your full authority to make all decisions, including, but not limited to expenditure of funds and veterinary treatment and/or procedures. In the event that we are unable to reach you or your agent and your pet is having an emergency, Dumfries Animal Hospital will treat your pet medically at your expense. In the event that another person is to pick up your pet, please provide us with their name and number at the time of check-in. We require that all charges be paid in full at time of check in if someone else is picking up your pet.
