Examples of Contract Plans in a sentence

  • The STATE will furnish to each DRB member one copy of Notice to Contractors and Special Provisions, Proposal and Contract, Plans, Standard Specifications, and Standard Plans, change orders, written instructions issued by the STATE to the CONTRACTOR, or other documents pertinent to any dispute that has been referred to the DRB and necessary for the DRB to perform its function.

  • Whenever the term Contract Plans, or a pronoun in their stead, is used, it shall mean and include all drawings, graphic representations, diagrams and any notes or explanations thereon supplied to the Contractor before the date of this Contract.

Related to Contract Plans
