Direct supervision means oversight at a distance within which:
Group-wide supervisor means the commissioner or other regulatory official designated as the group-wide supervisor for an internationally active insurance group under Section 31A-16-108.6.
Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature asthe date this Contract starts;

Contract Sum means the sum named in the letter of acceptance including Physical contingencies subject to such addition thereto or deduction there-from as may be made under the provisions hereinafter contained.
Training program means a standardized medication
Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.
