Map Schedule definition

Map Schedule means a collection of Map Tiles attached to this Order and listed in Schedule 10, which depict the stopping, waiting prohibitions and restrictions and parking places, designated by this Order, and in conjunction with the Map Schedule Legend and/or Map Tile label, identifies the type of each particular type of prohibition, restriction, parking place, and certain of its governing provisions:

Map Schedule means the series of Map Tiles attached to and listed in Schedule 2 of this Order, which depict the stopping, waiting, loading and unloading prohibitions and restrictions and parking places designated by this Order, and in conjunction with the Map Schedule Legend and Map Tile labels, identifies the specific type of each particular prohibition, restriction or parking place and certain of its governing provisions, provided that the Council does not accept responsibility for inaccuracies contained in the underlying Ordnance Survey data relied upon to create the Map Schedule and where a prohibition, restriction, or parking place is depicted on the Map Schedule, that provision continues to apply irrespective of any subsequent changes that have been made to the underlying Ordnance Surveydata[SH9];

Related to Map Schedule

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Conversion Schedule means the Conversion Schedule in the form of Schedule 1 attached hereto.

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Amortization Schedule means, with respect to each Equipment Note, the amortization schedule for such Equipment Note delivered pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Trust Indenture.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Plan Schedule means the key terms applicable to Plans as set, and as may be varied by Us, from time to time in its absolute discretion without notice to You;

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.

  • Day-Ahead Schedule has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
