Conversion Certificate definition

Conversion Certificate means a written document certifying that the vehicle in respect of which it is issued has been adapted to be propelled in such a way that it is a car converted to alternative fuel and which is issued by:
Conversion Certificate has the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
Conversion Certificate means the certificate of the Authorized Representative given pursuant to Section 2.03(a) hereof evidencing the exercise by the Board of the option to convert Bonds from one Mode to another Mode.

Conversion Certificate means the certificate of the Authorized Representative given pursuant to Section 2.03(a) hereof evidencing the exercise by the Board of the option to convert Bonds from one Mode to another Mode, including from one Term Rate Mode to a different Term Rate Mode (of the same or a different duration as the then-expiring Term Rate Mode).
