COR Program definition

COR Program means the Certificate of Recognition Program established by WorkSafeBC;
COR Program means the national safety program known as “The Certificate of Recognition (COR™)”, being a safety program that enables persons to assess their health and safety management systems to manage risks, establish controls, and minimize the incidence of injury and illness to their workers, and being nationally trademarked and endorsed by participating members of the Canadian Federation of Construction Safety Associations, or such other national safety program approved by the City.

In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • PACE program means a program implemented by a municipality to stimulate energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in conformity with Act 270.

  • Nursing program means a series of courses leading to an LPN certificate or an ADN degree provided through a Wyoming community college; or a BSN degree or a Master’s degree provided through the University of Wyoming; or, in the case of a candidate for a doctoral degree, provided through an institution offering the required nursing education courses under contract with the WICHE, or in a distance nursing education program provided through a university that is regionally accredited.

  • Apprenticeship program means a program registered with the U.S. Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training which contains the terms and conditions for the qualification, recruitment, selection, employment and training of apprentices, including the requirement for a written apprenticeship agreement.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Research-based means a program or practice that has some research demonstrating effectiveness, but that does not yet meet the standard of evidence-based practices.
