Multi-Family means a single residential connection to the public water system’s distribution system from which two or more separate dwelling units are supplied water.
Birth family or "birth sibling" means the child's biological family or biological sibling.
Multi-family dwelling means a structure that contains more than one separate dwelling unit, which is used, or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, in whole, or in part as the home or residence of one or more persons.
Engine family means a manufacturers grouping of engines which, through their design as defined in paragraph 5.2. of this gtr, have similar exhaust emission characteristics; all members of the family shall comply with the applicable emission limit values.
Member of the family shall have the meaning prescribed by Code Section 529(e)(2), and shall mean any individual who bears one of the following relationships to the beneficiary:
Close Family Member means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s (a) such Person’s spouse; (b) such Person and such spouse’s grandparents, parents, siblings, children, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and first cousins; (c) the spouse of any Persons listed in subcategories (a) and (b); and (d) any other Person who shares the same household with such Person.
Product Family means an SAP product family which may comprise of one or several SAP software products or services as further set out in the applicable RSPI.
Multiple-family dwelling means a property containing 5 or more residential units, including those which are occupied seasonally.
Multi-family housing means a building or structure that is designed to house two (2) or more different households in separate housing Units which have full kitchen facilities including oven/range, refrigerator, kitchen sink with hot and cold water supply and food storage facilities and at least one (1) full bathroom facility(s), one (1) full bedroom and one (1) living area (including a combination thereof such as studio arrangements).
Single-family dwelling means a private residence provided with sleeping and cooking facilities intended for domestic use and in which the occupants live as a single housekeeping unit that is not part of a Multiple Dwelling;
Extended family member means an adult who is a grandparent, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, uncle, aunt, or first cousin with whom the child has a relationship and is comfortable, and who is willing and available to care for the child.
Designated family member means any of the following:
Eligible Family Member means a member of the Subscriber’s family that is or becomes eligible to enroll for coverage under this Plan as a Dependent.
Foster family home means a private home in which children are placed for foster family care under supervision of the cabinet or a licensed child-placing agency;
Extended Family , in respect of a person, means the person’s grandparent, uncle, aunt, first degree cousin, grandchild, and/or any other relation or relationship that Council may add by law;
Member of the Immediate Family means spouse, parent or stepparent, child or stepchild, brother or sister, stepbrother or stepsister, brother-in- law or sister-in-law, mother-in-law or father-in-law, or son-in-law or daughter-in-law.
Members of the Immediate Family means with respect to any individual, each parent (whether by birth or adoption), spouse, or child or other descendants (whether by birth or adoption) of such individual, each spouse of any of the aforementioned Persons, each trust created solely for the benefit of such individual and/or one or more of the aforementioned Persons, and each legal representative of such individual or of any aforementioned Persons (including without limitation a tutor, curator, mandatary due to incapacity, custodian, guardian or testamentary executor), acting in such capacity under the authority of the law, an order from a competent tribunal, a will or a mandate in case of incapacity or similar instrument. For the purposes of this definition, a Person shall be considered the spouse of an individual if such Person is legally married to such individual, lives in a civil union with such individual or is the common law partner (as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada) as amended from time to time) of such individual. A Person who was the spouse of an individual within the meaning of this paragraph immediately before the death of such individual shall continue to be considered a spouse of such individual after the death of such individual;
Single-family residence means a structure maintained and used as a single dwelling unit. Notwithstanding that a dwelling unit shares one or more walls with another dwelling unit, it is a single family residence if it has direct access to a street or thoroughfare and shares neither heating facilities, hot water equipment, nor any other essential facility or service with another dwelling unit.
Single Family Shared-Loss Loans means the single family one-to-four residential mortgage loans (whether owned by the Assuming Bank or any Subsidiary) identified on Schedule 4.15A of the Purchase and Assumption Agreement.
Single Family Shared-Loss Loan means a single family one-to-four owner- occupied residential mortgage loan, excluding Home Equity Loans, that is secured by a mortgage on a one-to four family residence or stock of a cooperative housing association.
Immediate family means a spouse and any unemancipated child.
Single Family Property A one-unit residential property.
Investor-Owned Residential Loans means Loans, excluding advances made pursuant to Home Equity Loans, that are secured by mortgages on one- to four family residences or stock of cooperative housing associations that are not owner-occupied. These loans can be treated as Restructured Loans on a commercially reasonable basis and can be a restructured under terms separate from the Exhibit 5 standards. Please refer to Exhibit 2b for guidance in Calculation of Loss for Restructured Loans.
Immediate Family Members means with respect to any individual, such individual’s child, stepchild, grandchild or more remote descendant, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, former spouse, qualified domestic partner, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law and daughter-in-law (including adoptive relationships) and any trust, partnership or other bona fide estate-planning vehicle the only beneficiaries of which are any of the foregoing individuals or any private foundation or fund that is controlled by any of the foregoing individuals or any donor-advised fund of which any such individual is the donor.
