Core Price Change definition

Core Price Change has the meaning given in clause 24.3(a); Core Service Level has the meaning set out in the applicable Service Level Terms; Effective Date means the date that this Agreement is signed by both parties or, if two dates, the later date; Emergency means an event or circumstance requiring the LFC to take immediate action:
Core Price Change means a Price Change that involves a change to a pricing methodology used to determine the prices in the Price Book, or a change to the structure of the prices in the Price Book, including a change to the eligibility criteria for one or more Load Groups, introduction of a new Load Group or closure of an existing Load Group. Critical Contingency Regulations means the Gas Governance (Critical Contingency Management) Regulations 2008.

Examples of Core Price Change in a sentence

  • When it notifies the finalised Core Price Change under clause 6.4, the Distributor will also provide the Wholesaler with the reasons for that Core Price Change.

  • After completing consultation in accordance with clause 24.7, the LFC may implement the Core Price Change by giving the Service Provider at least sixty (60) Business Days’ prior notice of the Core Price Change.

  • If requested by the Distributor or one or more End Retailer(s), during the Submission Period, the Wholesaler will facilitate and the Distributor will attend a meeting between the Distributor and each relevant End Retailer so that the Distributor can discuss the Core Price Change directly with the relevant End Retailers.

  • The LFC may propose a change to, or addition, deletion or replacement of, a Core Charge (Core Price Change) by notice to the Service Provider (provided that the Core Charges may not in any case prior to 31 December 2019 exceed the Price Caps), in which case the LFC must complete consultation in accordance with clause 24.7. To avoid doubt, changes to the Core Charges do not require the approval of CFH where it is a change to an existing Core Charge and that Core Charge remains under the relevant Price Cap.

  • When it notifies the finalised Core Price Change under clause 6.3, the Distributor will also provide the Retailer with the reasons for that Core Price Change.

Related to Core Price Change

  • Stock Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.03(c).

  • Floor Price means the minimum price set by the Company in the Issuance Notice below which the Agent shall not sell Shares during the applicable period set forth in the Issuance Notice, which may be adjusted by the Company at any time during the period set forth in the Issuance Notice by delivering written notice of such change to the Agent and which in no event shall be less than $1.00 without the prior written consent of the Agent, which may be withheld in the Agent’s sole discretion.

  • Average Closing Price means the average of the closing market prices of a Share over the last five (5) Market Days on which transactions in the Shares were recorded on the SGX-ST immediately preceding the date of the Market Purchase by the Company or, as the case may be, the date of the making of the offer pursuant to the Off-Market Purchase, and deemed to be adjusted for any corporate action that occurs after the relevant five-day period; and

  • Target Price means the estimated amount payable to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract.

  • Conversion Floor Price Condition means that the relevant Alternate Conversion Price is being determined based on clause (x) of such definitions.
