Core Service Level definition

Core Service Level means a Service Level included in Appendix 1 of these Service Level Terms; Core Service Level Default means a failure by the LFC to meet a Core Service Level; Core Service Rebate means the payment to be made by the LFC to a Service Provider for a Core Service Level Default, calculated in accordance with these Service Level Terms; “hour” without further definition refers to an ordinary clock hour (i.e. any hour); Service Level Commencement Date means the date that the LFC’s first network stage is accepted by the LFC (as notified to the Service Provider by the LFC); and Service Level Default means a failure by the LFC to meet either a Core Service Level or an Ancillary Service Level.
Core Service Level means the service level that BC Ferries is required by this Agreement to meet in relation to a Designated Ferry Route operated by or on behalf of BC Ferries as more particularly specified in Schedule “A”, as such service level may be otherwise adjusted in accordance with this Agreement;
Core Service Level means a Service Level included in Appendix 1 of these Service Level Terms; Core Service Level Default means a failure by the LFC to meet a Core Service Level; Core Service Rebate means the payment to be made by the LFC to a Service Provider for a Core Service Level Default, calculated in accordance with these Service Level Terms; “hour” without further definition refers to an ordinary clock hour (i.e. any hour); and Service Level Commencement Date means the date that Premises are Commissioned in the Coverage Area.

Examples of Core Service Level in a sentence

  • This Exhibit may be cancelled separately per Section 4.4 of the SDSC ITSS Core Service Level Agreement.

More Definitions of Core Service Level

Core Service Level means each Service Level designated as a “Core Service Level” in Annex B-2 to Schedule B (Cross-Functional Obligations), Annex K-2 to Schedule K (Governance) and Appendix B of each Tower Services Agreement. CSC has the meaning set forth in the preamble of the MSA.

Related to Core Service Level

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Network Termination Point (NTP) means the physical point at which a subscriber is provided with access to a public communications network; in the case of networks involving switching or routing, the NTP is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to a subscriber number or name;

  • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.

  • Service Drop means a cable that, by its design, capacity and relationship to other cables of the Company, can be reasonably considered to be for the sole purpose of connecting backbone of the Equipment to not more than one individual customer or building point of presence or property.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.
