Core programs means the following activities as described in 29 U.S.C. Sec. 3102:

Core programs. Arundel Lodge is licensed by BHA to provide: Outpatient Mental Health Center, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (Adults), Residential Rehabilitation Program, Supported Employment, Level 1-Outpatient Treatment Program- Adults, and Level 2.1 – Intensive Outpatient treatment program – adults. Arundel Lodge is accredited by CARF for Community Employment Services Employment Supports and Job Development.

Core programs means services to fit the inmate's needs. Such services may include life skills, substance abuse programs, counseling services, sex offender counseling, and mental health programs.

Examples of Core programs in a sentence

  • Core programs within WIOA are: WIOA Title I (Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth formula programs) administered by Department of Labor (DOL); Adult Education and Literacy Act programs administered by the Department of Education (DoED); Wagner-Peyser Act employment services administered by DOL; and Rehabilitation Act Title I programs administered by DoED.

More Definitions of Core programs

Core programs means those programs for which the College grants a certificate, diploma, or advanced diploma and includes the Nova Scotia High School Graduation Diploma for Adults. Core programs are open to fee or tuition paying students according to the tuition structure of the College approved annually by the Department of Labour and Advanced Education. Day means any twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at midnight, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Exchange means an arrangement, approved by the College, whereby a Faculty Member exchanges assignments with another Faculty Member or other person employed by the College or a person employed by an external organization for a period not greater than thirty-six (36) months.

Related to Core programs

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Programs refers to (a) the software owned or distributed by Oracle that You have ordered under Schedule P, (b) Program Documentation and (c) any Program updates acquired through technical support. Programs do not include Integrated Software or any Operating System or any software release prior to general availability (e.g., beta releases).

  • Program means the statutorily authorized activities of the System Agency under which this Contract has been awarded.

  • Dependent care assistance program means a benefit plan

  • Apprenticeship program means a program registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship, which includes terms and conditions for the qualification, recruitment, selection, employment, and training of apprentices, including the requirement for a written apprenticeship agreement.

  • Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Affordable housing program(s means any mechanism in a municipal Fair Share Plan prepared or implemented to address a municipality’s fair share obligation.

  • Computer Programs means a set of related electronic instructions which direct the operations and functions of a computer or device connected to it, which enable the computer or device to receive, process, store, retrieve or send data.

  • PACE program means a program implemented by a municipality to stimulate energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in conformity with Act 270.

  • Federal Health Care Program has the meaning set forth in 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7b(f).

  • Alternative program means a non-disciplinary monitoring or practice remediation process approved by a physical therapy licensing board. This includes, but is not limited to, substance abuse issues.

  • Care Plan means a licensee's written description of a resident's needs, preferences, and capabilities, including by whom, when, and how often care and services are to be provided.
