Corrective Action Plans. DJS shall develop and implement policies and procedures as necessary to address problems that are uncovered during the course of its quality assurance activities. The State shall develop and implement corrective actions plans to address these problems. Status Given the agency‐level focus of this provision, a single compliance rating is offered.
