Costs of Settlement Administration definition

Costs of Settlement Administration means all actual costs associated with or arising from Claims Administration, the Notice Program, and providing notice pursuant to the Class Action Fairness Act (“CAFA”), 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b). The Costs of Settlement Administration shall be paid to the Settlement Administrator as set forth in this Settlement.

Costs of Settlement Administration means all actual and reasonable costs associated with or arising from Settlement Administration; as more fully described (below), this shall include without limitation, (1) postal and copying charges for mailing out the Class Notice (defined below); (2) cost of distributing payments to Participating Claimants; and (3) fees paid to the Settlement Administrator.
