County budget means the budget adopted by the board of supervisors pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 331.

County budget as used herein shall mean Fiscal Year spending authority as approved by the Board.

Examples of County budget in a sentence

  • County budget decisions are subject to the discretion of the Board of Supervisors.

  • It is mutually agreed that if the County budget of the current year and/or any subsequent years covered under this Agreement does not appropriate sufficient funds for the program, this Agreement shall be of no further force and effect.

  • If funding for any fiscal year is reduced or deleted by the County budget for purposes of this program, the County shall have the option to either cancel this Agreement with no liability occurring to the County, or offer an Agreement amendment to Contractor to reflect the reduced amount.
