Spending Authority definition

Spending Authority means an authorization in a Huu-ay-aht Act to spend money or incur an expenditure;
Spending Authority means the authorization delegated to designated employees to spend on Supplies and Services up to the prescribed dollar thresholds in accordance with By-law 2020-73, To Delegate Spending Authority to Norfolk County Officers and Employees, or its successor by-law.
