Covered Recipient definition

Covered Recipient means a physician licensed to practice in the U.S. or a U.S. teaching hospital.

You and Your Affiliates further agree that You will not create or submit any false, inaccurate, or misleading invoices or other business documents related to this PSA. You and Your Affiliates will permit, upon request, Palo Alto Networks reasonable access to Your and Your Affiliates books and records and/or to conduct periodic or ad hoc audits, as Palo Alto Networks deems necessary related to compliance with laws, including but not limited to, anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws. Upon request, You and Your Affiliates agree to provide Palo Alto Networks with anti-corruption/anti-bribery/FCPA certifications.

Covered Recipient is defined for purposes of Section III.N of this CIA, as specified in 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7h and the related regulations and guidance (including FAQs) published by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).‌

Covered recipient healthcare professionals include Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathy, Doctor of Dentistry, Doctor of Dental Surgery, Doctor of Podiatry, Doctor of Optometry, Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine, Physician Assi stants, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists and Anesthesiologist Assistants, and Certified Nurse-Midwives.
