Covered Sites definition

Covered Sites means any and all Sites (i) listed in Attachments X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, B, D, and E of the Environmental Settlement Agreement, (ii) referenced in the Tort Claims Trust Agreement, including all schedules and attachments thereto, (iii) which were the subject of any Bankruptcy Claim, or (iv) listed in Appendix 4 to the Written Direct of Xx. Xxxx Ram (Adv. Proc. Dkt. No.417-9).
Covered Sites means any and all Sites (i) listed in Attachments A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4, B, D, and E of the Environmental Settlement Agreement, (ii) referenced in the TortClaims Trust Agreement, including all schedules and attachments thereto, (iii) which were the subject of any Bankruptcy Claim, or (iv) listed in Appendix 4 to the Written Direct of Dr. Neil Ram (Adv. Proc. Dkt. No.417-9).
Covered Sites means Esplanade Sites and Chestnut Ridge Site, collectively.

Examples of Covered Sites in a sentence

  • Any changes will be effective upon expiry of thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on the Covered Sites.

  • These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Covered Sites.

  • If we make any substantial changes to these Terms of Use, we may notify you by prominently posting notice of the changes on the Covered Sites.

  • These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Asva Labs in relation to your use of the Covered Sites, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of the Covered Sites.

  • However, declining the use of cookies may limit your access to certain features of the Covered Sites.

  • The terms of this Agreement shall apply to the policies, procedures, and operation of each of the five Covered Sites, unless otherwise specified.

  • Purchaser shall have the right, upon request to Sellers, to review and audit all supporting documentation relating to Environmental Activities taken by Sellers or Sellers’ Indemnitor relating to the Covered Sites.

Covered Sites means the site(s) where the Equipment is located at the signature of this SLA as agreed between EVS and Customer.

Covered Sites means and refer to The Light House, The Wood Works, and One Dekalb, which are collectively referred to herein as “Subject Properties”, and all residential developments with Covered Multifamily Dwellings to which any of the Defendants provides its professional services and/or owns, operates, develops, constructs, and/or manages during the term of this Agreement, where initial occupancy of any covered multifamily dwelling occurs on or after the Effective Date of this Agreement.

Related to Covered Sites

  • Covered Species means the species for which the Bank has been established and for which Credits have been allocated as set forth in Exhibit F-1.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Contaminated site means a site where there is a confirmed presence, caused by man, of hazardous substances of such a level that they pose a significant risk to human health or the environment taking into account current and approved future use of the land;

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Underground storage tank system means an underground storage tank and the connected underground piping, underground ancillary equipment, and containment system, if any.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Site area emergency means events may occur, are in progress, or have occurred that could lead to a significant release of radioactive material and that could require a response by off-site response organizations to protect persons off-site.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Covered Property is the address stated on your Agreement Coverage Summary Page. • “Domestic-grade” Items are those that were designated by the manufacturer, manufactured and marketed solely for installation and use in a residential single family dwelling.

  • Project Common Areas as used in this Lease, shall mean the portion of the Project designated as such in the Site Plan. The Project Common Areas shall consist of all parking facilities, entrances and exits, driveways, exterior walkways, first-class landscaped and hardscaped areas which are generally consistent with the quality of landscaped and hardscaped areas of Comparable Buildings in existence as of the date of this Lease, open space areas and plazas on the real property comprising the Project. The term "BUILDING COMMON AREAS," as used in this Lease, shall mean the portions of the Common Areas located within any building in the Project not entirely leased by Tenant, which Building Common Areas shall be reasonably designated as such by Landlord. Notwithstanding the foregoing and subject to (i) Landlord's approval, which approval (as indicated in Section 29.4 below) shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, (ii) the CC&R's, and (iii) all terms of this Lease regarding Hazardous Materials, Tenant may install or locate such items as benches, patio tables, bike racks, above-ground generators, security cameras and the like (collectively, "MISCELLANEOUS COMMON AREA ITEMS") at Tenant's sole cost in the Common Areas or on the exterior of the Building, as applicable, provided that Tenant removes such items upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease and repairs any damage to the Common Areas or the exterior of the Building (as applicable) resulting from such removal. If Tenant fails to remove any Miscellaneous Common Area Item or to repair any damage resulting from such removal upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Landlord may do so and may charge Landlord's actual cost thereof to Tenant. The manner in which the Common Areas are maintained and operated shall be in accordance with a standard which is not less than that customarily followed in the operation and maintenance of first class mid-rise office buildings located within the University Towne Center (i.e., the area from two (2) blocks to the North of La Jolla Village Drive to two (2) blocks to the South of La Jolla Village Drive between the I-5 and I-805 freeways), Del Mar, Carmel Valley and Torrey Hills geographical areas, provided that Landlord shall manage, maintain and operate the same in a manner consistent with that of Comparable Buildings, and the use thereof shall be subject to such rules and regulations as Landlord reasonably may make from time to time. As used herein, "COMPARABLE BUILDINGS" shall mean the first class mid-rise office buildings (now existing or subsequently constructed) within the projects located within the University Towne Center, Del Mar, Carmel Valley and Torrey Hills geographical areas and having substantially similar characteristics to the Building pertaining to size, age, accessibility, design, quality, amenities and tenancies. Landlord reserves the right to make alterations or additions to, or to change the location of, elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that if any such changes might affect Tenant's use of the Premises (in other than an immaterial manner), Landlord obtains Tenant's prior written approval of any such alterations, additions and changes and such alterations, additions and changes do not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's access to the Premises. Except when and where Tenant's right of access is specifically excluded in this Lease, Tenant shall have the right of access to the Building and the parking facilities twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week during the Lease Term.   • Enrollee point-of-service cost-sharing or "cost-sharing" means amounts paid to health carriers directly providing services, health care providers, or health care facilities by enrollees and may include copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles.

  • Geologically hazardous areas means areas that because of their susceptibility to erosion, sliding, earthquake, or other geological events, are not suited to the siting of commercial, residential, or industrial development consistent with public health or safety concerns.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • danger area means an airspace of defined dimensions within which activities dangerous to the flight of aircraft may exist at specified times;

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Covered Environmental Losses means all environmental losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, costs and expenses of any Environmental Activity, court costs and reasonable attorney’s and experts’ fees) of any and every kind or character, by reason of or arising out of:

  • Planning area means a planning area or a development area or a local planning area or a regional development plan area, by whatever name called, or any other area specified as such by the appropriate Government or any competent authority and includes any area designated by the appropriate Government or the competent authority to be a planning area for future planned development, under the law relating to Town and Country Planning for the time being in force and as revised from time to time;

  • City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;
