Participant who has prior Credited Service and Credited Earnings which will be recognized as continuous on completing five (5) years of continuous service: None.
The Committee shall maintain, or cause to be maintained, a bookkeeping Account for each Participant for thepurpose of accounting for the Participant’s beneficial interest under the Plan, which interest is attributable to contributions and any Credited Earnings credited to such Participant under the Plan, as adjusted to reflect charges to such Account.
