Critical Milestone Date definition

Critical Milestone Date means the date upon which a Critical Milestone will be completed, in accordance with a Critical Milestone Schedule.
Critical Milestone Date means a Milestone Date designated as such in the relevant SOW. The Critical Milestone Date for the Initial SOW is set out in Schedule 4 (Implementation) to the Initial SOW. Customer Environment means TfNSW’s technology environment as specified in a SOW. Customer Requirements means, in relation to Products and Services which are the subject of a SOW, the requirements:
Critical Milestone Date means each date identified in the Project Schedule as being the date by which the corresponding Critical Milestone is required to be achieved, each as extended pursuant to the terms hereof.

Examples of Critical Milestone Date in a sentence

  • From the Agreement Date to the Critical Milestone Date for ISS/WISSDM, Amex may request that Nasdaq develop modifications or enhancements that Amex needs for the regulation of the Amex market (“ISS/WISSDM Enhancements”) to the ISS/WISSDM System.

  • For all Nasdaq Technology (other than ISS/WISSDM when the New York Stock Exchange is involved), if the Amex undergoes a Change of Control, Nasdaq will continue to provide such Nasdaq Technology to Amex until the earlier of: (i) the Critical Milestone Date for such Nasdaq Technology; or (ii) six (6) months from the date that Amex undergoes the Change of Control.

  • As part of the Transition, the Parties shall agree to a plan that permits the transfer, by the Critical Milestone Date for the MDS System, to Amex of the Amex MDS Data received by Nasdaq prior to the Agreement Date.

  • Customer shall approve in writing the validity and accuracy of such data following each Critical Milestone Date defined in the Project Plan, specifically including Trials, Dress Rehearsals and Live Date.

  • Nasdaq shall provide data from the Short Interest database until the Critical Milestone Date for that database.

  • During that six (6) month period or up until the Critical Milestone Date, as applicable, Amex shall pay an additional xxxx-up (in addition to any other xxxx-up that may be applicable) on the direct cost component of all relevant Fully Loaded Costs equal to the xxxx-up that would apply during the first Post-Transition Support period for the relevant Nasdaq Technology.

  • Except as otherwise set forth herein, after the Critical Milestone Date for the MDS System, Amex shall commence the operation of its own database not on Nasdaq’s premises as a substitute for the MDS System and Nasdaq shall have no further obligation to provide Amex MDS Data to Amex from the MDS System.

  • Prior to a Critical Milestone Date, a Party may request a modification to that part of the Transition Plan leading up to that Critical Milestone Date which request shall be presented to the other Parties in writing.

  • On the Critical Milestone Date for xxxx.xxx, Nasdaq will cease hosting xxxx.xxx and cease providing the previously agreed to maintenance services.

  • Neither Nasdaq nor Amex shall have any rights in the other’s data from the MDS System and Nasdaq shall delete the Amex MDS Data from the MDS System after the Critical Milestone Date for the MDS System.

Critical Milestone Date has the meaning set out in the AUDI Program Plan.
Critical Milestone Date means the date for achievement of a Critical Milestone as set out in the Transition Plan or Project Services Order.

Related to Critical Milestone Date

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Development Milestone Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Milestone Events has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3 (Milestone Payments).

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Milestone Failure means a failure by the Grant Recipient fully to achieve any Milestone by the relevant Milestone Date;

  • Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Sales Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Milestone Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Milestone Payment means a payment identified in the Implementation Plan to be made following the issue of a Satisfaction Certificate in respect of Achievement of the relevant Milestone;

  • Critical Path means those Trade Contractor Work activities identified on the Construction Schedule which, if delayed, will cause a corresponding Delay in the Substantial Completion Date.

  • EBITDA Target means the Company's projected earnings before interest, taxes, one-time transition expenses, non-cash compensation expense charges, depreciation and amortization, as contained in the Company's budget for the Applicable Period and which is approved by the Board (without reference to any adjustments or revision, upwards or downwards, to such projected earnings which are subsequently approved by the Board as part of any subsequent revision to such budget), and (ii) the term "Financial Results" shall mean the Company's EBITDA calculated by reference to the Company's financial statements for the Applicable Period as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • Practical Completion means that stage in the execution of a Named Project when the Works have been completed in accordance with the terms of the relevant Building Contract and/or the terms of this Agreement such that the AHP Dwellings comprised within the Named Project are fit for beneficial occupation as a residential development in accordance with applicable NHBC or equivalent requirements current at the date of inspection subject only to the existence of minor defects and/or minor omissions at the time of inspection which are capable of being made good or carried out without materially interfering with the beneficial use and enjoyment of the Named Project and which would be reasonable to include in a snagging list, and Practically Complete shall be construed accordingly; Process has the meaning ascribed to it in the DPA; Procurement Law means (as the case may be):

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.
