Critical Program Error definition

Critical Program Error means any Program Error or Key, whether or not known to Buyer, that has or may have substantial adverse impact on the operations of Buyer or on use of the Goods.
Critical Program Error. Any Program Error, whether or not known to the State, which prohibits or significantly impairs use of the Licensed Software as set forth in the documentation and intended in the contract.
Critical Program Error means any Program Error or Key, whether or not known to DSM, that has or may have substantial adverse impact on the operations of DSM or on use of the Software.

  • A program error includes, without limitation, any Critical Program Error.

  • If Customer gives Licensor notice of a Critical Program Error contained in the Software, Licensor will, upon receipt of such notice, immediately investigate such Critical Program Error and will deliver to Customer either a patch or workaround or code to correct such Critical Program Error (and deliver to Customer appropriate code and Documentation for such correction) at no additional cost to Customer within ten (10) days after receipt of such notice.

  • Licensor warrants that, beginning upon Final Acceptance and during the Term, the Software will operate in accordance with the Documentation without material error or Critical Program Error, and will perform the functions set forth in the Specifications.

  • The fact that a Program Error is not classified as a Critical Program Error, however, shall in no way prejudice Buyer's rights or remedies under this Agreement.

Critical Program Error means any Program Error or Key, whether or not known to Boeing or any of its subsidiaries, which has or may have substantial adverse impact on the operations of Boeing or any of its subsidiaries or on use of the Goods.
Critical Program Error means any Program Error or Key, whether or not known to Northern, that has or may have substantial adverse impact on the operations of Northern or on use of the Software.

Related to Critical Program Error

  • Critical Path means those Trade Contractor Work activities identified on the Construction Schedule which, if delayed, will cause a corresponding Delay in the Substantial Completion Date.

  • Critical access hospital or “CAH” means a hospital licensed as a critical access hospital by the department of inspections and appeals pursuant to rule 481—51.52(135B).

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • critical functions means activities, services or operations the discontinuance of which is likely in one or more Member States, to lead to the disruption of services that are essential to the real economy or to disrupt financial stability due to the size, market share, external and internal interconnectedness, complexity or cross-border activities of an institution or group, with particular regard to the substitutability of those activities, services or operations;

  • Critical Illness or “CI” means Diagnosis of any of the following Covered Conditions which occur directly as a result of illness, and first occur after the Effective Date of Insurance:

  • Critical habitat - means the following river reaches and their 100 year floodplains: the Gunnison River downstream of the Uncompahgre River confluence, the Colorado River downstream of the exit 90 north bridge from I-70, the White River downstream of Rio Blanco Dam, the Green River downstream of the Yampa River confluence, and the Yampa River downstream of the Colo 394 bridge.

  • Critical Component means, in respect of a weapons system referred to in the definition of Prohibited Defense Contract, a component used specifically in the production of the weapon system or plays a direct role in the lethality of the weapon system.

  • Regulatory Information Service means a regulatory information service as defined in the Takeover Rules.

For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
