CRR Bonds definition

CRR Bonds means Bond issues subject to centralized recordkeeping of rights at NSD and Bond issues that are additional thereto, namely: Bonds of Russian Issuers which are subject to centralized recordkeeping of the rights thereto; Bonds of Russian issuers, which are subject to mandatory centralized safekeeping at NSD, the offering of which started after 1 January 2020 (the start date of the Bond issue offering shall be established in accordance with the Bond Issue Acceptance and Servicing Notice (Form Z1.1)); and non-certificated Bonds of Foreign Issuers, which are subject to centralized recordkeeping of the rights thereto in the Russian Federation in accordance with the laws of such Foreign Issuers' respective jurisdictions of incorporation. CRR Bonds means, collectively, the “customer rate relief bonds,” “securitized utility tariff bonds” or any other class of securities to be issued for units of the Borrower in connection with any utility cost recovery charge securitization transaction authorized pursuant to (i) that certain Financing Order dated February 8, 2022 approved by the Railroad Commission of Texas and (ii) that certain Settlement Order dated March 24, 2022 approved by the Kansas Corporation Commission.

CRR Bonds means bonds, notes, certificates, or other evidences of indebtedness or ownership that are issued by an assignee pursuant to an financing order, the proceeds of which are used directly or indirectly to recover, finance or refinance railroad commission-approved regulatory assets, including extraordinary costs, and related financing costs, and that are payable from and secured by CRR property and amounts on deposit in the obligation trust fund to the extent provided by the applicable financing order.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.
