Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:
concentrates means flavoring ingredients and, depending on the product, sweeteners used to prepare syrups or finished beverages;
Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.
Condensate means hydrocarbon liquid separated from natural gas which condenses due to changes in the temperature or pressure and remains liquid at standard conditions.
Petroleum Substances means petroleum, natural gas, natural gas liquids, related hydrocarbons and any and all other substances, whether liquid, solid or gaseous, whether hydrocarbons or not, produced or producible in association with any of the foregoing.
plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;
Grab sample means an individual sample collected in less than 15 minutes in conjunction with an instantaneous flow measurement.
Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.
Landfill Gas means any gas derived through any biological process from the decomposition of waste buried within a waste disposal site.
Total tetrahydrocannabinol means the sum of the percentage by weight of tetrahydrocannabinolic acid multiplied by eight hundred seventy-seven thousandths plus the percentage of weight of tetrahydrocannabinol.
iron ore pellets means iron ore in pellet or other form produced by Pelletisation or more advanced reduction or other more advance treatment process from iron bearing material mined from the mining areas.
smelter means an electrolytic reduction plant for the conversion of alumina to aluminium using alumina produced from bauxite;
Mineral Products means the commercial end products derived from operating the Property as a mine:
Diesel means a distillate oil which can be used as fuel for the operation of a compression ignition engine and which has an approximate boiling temperature of between 150 °C to 400 °C;
iron ore concentrates means products (whether in pellet or other form) resulting from secondary processing but does not include metallised agglomerates;
Distiller means a person engaged in the business of
ore means any rock soil or alluvium bearing diamonds mined from mining leases granted pursuant to this Agreement;
Geothermal fluid means water in any form at temperatures greater than 120
Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.
Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.
Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).
Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.
Inert ingredient means an ingredient which is not an active ingredient.
fine ore means iron ore which has an average pure iron content of not less than sixty per cent. (60%) which will pass through a one half (½) inch mesh screen and which is sold without concentration or other beneficiation other than crushing and screening;
Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.
Produced water means water extracted from the earth from an oil or natural gas production well, or that is separated from oil or natural gas after extraction.
