Crude Ore definition

Crude Ore means Products that have not, except for sizing or crushing, been subject to further processing or concentrating;

Examples of Crude Ore in a sentence

  • Payment for any deemed sale (i.e., through forward sale, loans, futures trading, etc.) of any Crude Ore or Concentrates during a calendar quarter shall be made on the Payment Date following the calendar quarter during which production of Crude Ore or Concentrates actually occurs.

  • Each Payment shall be accompanied by a statement showing weights and values of Mineral Substances recovered from the Crude Ore and Concentrates produced from the Premises during the period for which payment is made, the proceeds received and the amount of the charges or costs deductible therefrom.

  • If Crude Ore or Concentrates are sold by Bolsa to a third party that is not an Affiliate of Bolsa, the "Net Smelter Returns" shall mean the Proceeds received from such sale by Bolsa, less, to the extent borne by Bolsa, sales and brokerage costs, Transportation Costs, Processing Costs and Extraction Taxes.

  • Such Crude Ore or Concentrates shall be deemed sold at the time the Proceeds are received by Bolsa.

  • The following summarizes the empirical relationship for pellet production based on crude ore tons and DT weight recovery:Wet Pellet Tons = (Crude Ore Tons x (DT Weight Recovery - Discount) / 100 x Recovery Factor) / (1- %Pellet Moisture)Where:•Discount = 1.2%;•Pellet Moisture = 2.0%; and•Recovery Factor = 0.995.From 2014 through 2020, the equation has reconciled within 3% of the production years when comparing calculated wet pellet production to actual wet pellet production.

  • Bolsa shall at all times production is occurring upon the Initial Bolsa Real Property Assets accurately weigh, measure and sample in accordance with customary industry practices for precious metals mines, all Crude Ore or other material including products developed from ore or other material, and all Concentrates,to the end that accurate and complete records and reports are made and retained to ascertain the quantity of ores and minerals recovered and removed from the Initial Bolsa Real Property Assets.

  • If Crude Ore or Concentrates are sold by Minera to a third party that is not an Affiliate of Minera, the Net Smelter Returns shall mean the Proceeds received from such sale by Minera, less, to the extent borne by Minera, sales and brokerage costs, Transportation Costs, Processing Costs and Extraction Taxes.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • concentrates means flavoring ingredients and, depending on the product, sweeteners used to prepare syrups or finished beverages and includes powders for purified water products such as Dasani;

  • Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.

  • Condensate means hydrocarbon liquid separated from natural gas which condenses due to changes in the temperature or pressure and remains liquid at standard conditions.

  • Petroleum Substances means petroleum, natural gas, natural gas liquids, related hydrocarbons and any and all other substances, whether liquid, solid or gaseous, whether hydrocarbons or not, produced or producible in association with any of the foregoing.
