CSO Control Policy definition

CSO Control Policy means the policy issued by EPA regarding combined sewer overflows, entitled “Combined Sewer Overflows (CSO) Control Policy,” 59 Fed. Reg. 18,688 (April 19, 1994),1 and as identified in Section 402(q) of the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. § 1342(q).

  • Life Insurance Policy has the meaning given in Section 6.11.
