Custodial Care Service means those services that do not require the technical skills or professional training of medical and/or nursing personnel in order to be safely and effectively performed.
Custodial Care Service also means providing Inpatient service and supplies to you if you are not receiving Skilled Nursing Service on a continuous basis and/or you are not under a specific therapeutic program which has a reasonable expectancy of improving your condition within a reasonable period of time and which can only be safely and effectively administered to you as an Inpatient in the health care facility involved.
Custodial Care Service also means those services which do not require the technical skills, professional training and clinical assessment ability of medi- cal and/or nursing personnel in order to be safely and effectively performed.
The definition of Custodial Care Service is deleted and replaced with the following:CUSTODIAL CARE SERVICE means any service primarily for personal comfort or conve- nience that provides general maintenance, preventive, and/or protective care without any clinical likelihood of improvement of your condition.
