Custodian Trustee definition

Custodian Trustee means the custodian trustee that may be appointed or incorporated in accordance with clause 25.1;
Custodian Trustee means a trustee referred to in section 25; “enforcer" means a person referred to as such in section 21;
Custodian Trustee means a custodian trustee appointed in accordance with clause 15.2 (Custodian Trustee and Nominee).
