Custodian Trustee definition

Custodian Trustee means the custodian trustee that may be appointed or incorporated in accordance with clause 25.1;

Custodian Trustee means a trustee referred to in section 25; “enforcer" means a person referred to as such in section 21;

Custodian Trustee means a custodian trustee appointed in accordance with clause 15.2 (Custodian Trustee and Nominee).

• Any reasonable cost and expense of the Servicer, Special Servicer, Operating Advisor, Custodian, Trustee and Certificate Administrator in cooperating with such Other Depositor or Other Exchange Act Reporting Party of such Other Securitization Trust (above and beyond their expressed duties hereunder) shall be the responsibility of such Other Depositor or Other Securitization Trust.
