Administrator will not subcontract to a Customer Competitor in any event.
For purposes of this Contract, "Customer Competitor" shall mean (i) any entity involved in the business of satellite or terrestrial digital broadcasting in [*****], (ii) any individual employed by, serving as an officer or director for, or owning any equity interest in, such an entity, (iii) any entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with such an entity, or also (iv) any entity owning any equity interest in such an entity.
