Customer Documentation definition

Customer Documentation means Product documentation, Product specifications and other related materials.

Customer Documentation means any documentation issued by the Customer to the Company including but not limited to a Purchase Order, delivery or consignment notes, written specifications and drawings.

Customer Documentation is defined in Section 4.18(b).

Examples of Customer Documentation in a sentence

• Banco de Chile and its Affiliates may grant Banco de Chile Permitted Customers access to the portions of the Citi Hosted Applications designated by Citi for such purpose and to use the Citi Customer Documentation related thereto.

• Citi and its Affiliates may grant Citi Permitted Customers access to the portions of the Banco de Chile Hosted Applications designated by Banco de Chile for such purpose and to use the Banco de Chile Customer Documentation related thereto.

• Should any of the terms of this Agreement conflict with the terms of the Customer Documentation, the terms of the Customer Documentation shall prevail, save in respect of the “Information Terms” above, which shall prevail in the event of a conflict with any terms of the Customer Documentation.

Customer Documentation means any documentation which SILVERSPRING provides to FPL for the purpose of supporting UtilityIQ Software.
