Customer Domain Names definition

Customer Domain Names means the domain names owned or controlled by Customer, which will be used in connection with the Services, as identified in the Order Form. Customer may provide the Services to any of its sub-domains (for example, if Customer Domain Name is "xxx.xxx", a sub-domain may include "xxxxxx.xxx.xxx") without written approval from Google.
Customer Domain Names means the Domain Names owned by the Customer to be used in connection with the Services, as detailed in the Order Form.
Customer Domain Names means the domain names owned or controlled by Customer, which will be used in connection with the Services, as identified in the Order Form. Customer may provide the Services to any of its sub-domains (for example, if Customer Domain Name is "edu.com", a sub-domain may include "alumni.edu.com") without written approval from Google.

Examples of Customer Domain Names in a sentence

  • If Customer opts to use Google Mail (also known as Gmail) as a Service Google reserves the right to be copied on emails sent to these aliases for Customer Domain Names.

  • Prior to providing the Services, Google may verify that Customer owns or controls the Customer Domain Names.

  • Customer is solely responsible for monitoring, responding to, and otherwise processing emails sent to the “abuse” and “postmaster” aliases for Customer Domain Names.

  • If Customer does not own, or control, the Customer Domain Names, then Google will have no obligation to provide Customer with the Services.

Customer Domain Names mean the domain name(s) owned or controlled by Customer, which will be used in connection with the Services and specified on the Order Page.

Related to Customer Domain Names

  • Domain Names means all Internet domain names and associated URL addresses in or to which any Grantor now or hereafter has any right, title or interest.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Proprietary Software means computer software developed for and owned by the Failed Bank for its own purpose and use.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Intellectual Property Rights or IPR means copyright, rights related to or affording protection similar to copyright, rights in databases, patents and rights in inventions, semi-conductor topography rights, trade marks, rights in internet domain names and website addresses and other rights in trade or business names, designs, Know-How, trade secrets and other rights in Confidential Information; applications for registration, and the right to apply for registration, for any of the rights listed at (a) that are capable of being registered in any country or jurisdiction; and all other rights having equivalent or similar effect in any country or jurisdiction;

  • Intellectual Property Right means any trademark, service xxxx, trade name, copyright, patent, software license, other database, invention, trade secret, know-how (including any registrations or applications for registration of any of the foregoing) or any other similar type of proprietary intellectual property right.

  • Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) (11/18) means any patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, service marks, trademarks, trade dress, moral rights, know-how and any other similar rights or intangible assets to which rights of ownership accrue, and all registrations, applications, disclosures, renewals, extensions, continuations, or reissues of the foregoing now or hereafter in force. “Key Personnel” (11/18) means the specific individuals identified in Section 3.11 to fill Key Positions.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Domain Name means the domain name(s) (universal resource locators), and registration(s) thereof, issued by any Person or authority that issues and maintains the domain name registration; provided, however, “Domain Name” shall not include any trademark or service mark rights to such domain names other than the rights to the Product Trademarks required to be divested.

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.
