More Definitions of Customized Training

Customized Training means professional training related to Hexagon’s standard training classes which have been specifically modified and/or customized based on Customer’s request and provided by certified Hexagon trainers, as stated in a defined Statement of Work (SOW). Customized Training is provided by Hexagon at Customer’s site or any other location as may be agreed to by the Parties.
Customized Training means training that is (1) designed to meet the special requirements of an employer or group of employers; (2) conducted with a commitment by the employer or group of employers to employ an individual upon successful completion of the training; and (3) for which the employer pays for a significant portion (but in no case less than 50 percent) of the cost of such training.

  • Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college.
