Customs official definition

Customs official means a person who is designated as a general customs official under section 3(1) of the Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Act 2009 or as a customs revenue official under section 11(1) of that Act.
Customs official and “official” means and includes any person performing official duties for the Customs Department, being an officer of Royal Thai Navy or Nai Amphoe or Assistant-Nai Amphoe who has been specifically appointed to act on behalf of the Customs Department;3
Customs official means a general customs official designated under section 3(1) of the 2009 Act, or a customs revenue official designated under section 11(1) of that Act;
