Cyber Security Services definition

Cyber Security Services means those Services entitled ‘cyber security services’ more particularly described in Part 3 of Schedule 5;
Cyber Security Services means collectively and individually the Cyber Security Products and the Cyber Security Consulting Services, as applicable.
Cyber Security Services mean the specific cyber security services to be provided by Supplier to Client under an Agreement as set out and more fully described in the relevant Order Form;

  • The Supplier may not offer Cyber Security Services to State Agencies unless the Supplier is authorised by the State to do so and where the Supplier’s Personnel hold appropriate security practitioner certifications relevant to the Cyber Security Services as outlined in the following table.

  • The Cyber Security Services will deliver the results to the SPC for review and scoring by the Evaluation Committee members.


More Definitions of Cyber Security Services

Related to Cyber Security Services

  • Security Services means, a systemic approach to managing an organisation’s security needs as per specifications, terms and conditions stipulated under the contract, the organisation in this case refers to Medical Colleges/ Hospitals

  • Third Party Services means any products or services of a Third Party that you can access through the Services;

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.

  • Emergency medical services or “EMS” means an integrated medical care delivery system to provide emergency and nonemergency medical care at the scene or during out-of-hospital patient transportation in an ambulance.
