Daily Interest Period definition

Daily Interest Period means, with respect to a Daily LIBOR Loan, the period commencing on the date such Daily LIBOR Loan is made and ending on the next day, with successive Daily Interest Periods automatically commencing daily thereafter.
Daily Interest Period means, while the Bonds are in the Daily Rate Mode, the period from and including each day which is a Business Day to but excluding the next succeeding day which is a Business Day.
Daily Interest Period means each period during which a particular Daily Rate is in effect with respect to a Series of Bonds pursuant to Section 2.03(c).

More Definitions of Daily Interest Period

Daily Interest Period means each period described in Section 2.03(c) during which the Series A of 2020 Bonds bear interest at a particular Daily Rate.
Daily Interest Period means the period from and including the first day of the Daily Rate Period to but excluding the immediately succeeding Business Day. On the first day of each Daily Interest Period, the Remarketing Agent shall determine the Daily Rate for such Daily Interest Period. The Remarketing Agent's determination of the Daily Rate shall be conclusive and binding. The Daily Rate for each Daily Interest Period determined by the Remarketing Agent shall be the lowest rate of interest which will, in the Remarketing Agent's sole judgment, having due regard for prevailing financial market conditions, permit the Bonds to be remarketed at a price of par, plus accrued interest, on the first day of the applicable Daily Interest Period; provided that in no case shall the Daily Rate be more than the Maximum Rate. If the Remarketing Agent fails to determine a Daily Rate for any Daily Interest Period, then the Bonds shall thereupon bear interest at the last Daily Rate previously determined pursuant to the Indenture.
Daily Interest Period means each period described in Section 2.03(c) during which the 2023B Bonds bear interest at a particular Daily Rate.

  • Eurodollar Interest Period or "Interest Period" shall mean, with respect to a Eurodollar Loan, a period of one, two, three or six months commencing on a Business Day selected by the Borrowers pursuant to this Agreement. Such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the day which corresponds numerically to such date one, two, three or six months thereafter, provided, however, that if there is no such numerically corresponding day in such next, second, third or sixth succeeding month, such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the last Business Day of such next, second, third or sixth succeeding month.
