Damaged Facilities definition

Damaged Facilities means the Project or any part thereof being damaged or destroyed by a casualty.
Damaged Facilities has the meaning given to such term in Section 8.01.
Damaged Facilities means any part or the whole of the Project to the extent that the same is damaged or destroyed by a Casualty, as described in Section 6.11(b).

More Definitions of Damaged Facilities

Damaged Facilities means that part of the Grocery Store Site or Grocery Store Improvements damaged by a Casualty as described in Section 6.11.2 hereof.
Damaged Facilities means any assets or facilities that become subject to a casualty.
Damaged Facilities has the meaning given to such term in Section 7.1(a). “Decommissioning Notice” has the meaning given to such term in Section 8.3. “Defaulting Party” has the meaning given to such term in Section 12.1. “Delegate” has the meaning given to such term in Section 4.3.

Related to Damaged Facilities

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
