Preparation of Drawings. Tenant shall retain an architect/space planner approved by Landlord (the "ARCHITECT") and engineering consultants approved by Landlord (the "ENGINEERS") to prepare all plans and engineering working drawings relating to the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lifesafety, and sprinkler work to be conducted in the Premises. The plans and drawings to be prepared by Architect and the Engineers hereunder shall be referenced collectively as the "CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS." All Construction Drawings shall comply with drawing format and specifications determined by Landlord, and shall be subject to Landlord's approval, which Construction Drawings shall contain the information listed on Schedule Two attached hereto. Tenant and Architect shall verify, in the field, the dimensions and conditions as shown on the relevant portions of the base building plans, and Tenant and Architect shall be solely responsible for the same, and Landlord shall have no responsibility in connection therewith. Landlord's review of the Construction Drawings as set forth in this Section 3, shall be for its sole purpose and shall not imply Landlord's review of the same, or obligate Landlord to review the same, for quality, design, Code compliance or other like matters. Accordingly, notwithstanding that any Construction Drawings are reviewed by Landlord or its space planner, architect, engineers and consultants, and notwithstanding any advice or assistance which may be rendered to Tenant by Landlord or Landlord's space planner, architect, engineers, and consultants, Landlord shall have no liability whatsoever in connection therewith and shall not be responsible for any omissions or errors contained in the Construction Drawings, and Tenant's waiver and indemnity set forth in Section 7.07(a) of the Lease shall specifically apply to the Construction Drawings.
Preparation of Drawings. (a) The Concessionaire may, subject to the Construction Requirements, adopt with or without modifications the drawings made available by the Lead ULB, if any, or adopt its own drawings, provided that the Concessionaire shall in any event be solely responsible for the adequacy of the drawings.
(b) If the Concessionaire proposes any modifications to the drawings made available by the Lead ULB, if any, or submits alternate drawings or drawings in respect of any item for which no drawings are made available by the Lead ULB, the same shall be subject to review by the Independent Engineer as hereinafter provided in Clause 12.4.2.
Preparation of Drawings. (i) The Operator may, subject to the design requirements, adopt with or without modification the drawings made available by the Authority or adopt its own drawings, provided that the Operator shall in any event be solely responsible for the adequacy of the drawings. Also if the Operator proposes any modifications to the drawings made available by the Authority or submits alternate drawings or drawings for any item for which no drawings are made available by the Authority, the same shall be subject to review by the Authority as provided in Clause 7.2 (b) below.
Preparation of Drawings. The Concessionaire shall, at its cost, charges and expenses, cause Drawings to be prepared in accordance with the Specification and Standards. The Concessionaire may, for this purpose, adopt with or without any modifications the Drawings, if any, made available by BRBN, provided, nothwithstanding such adoption, the Concessionaire shall be solely responsible for the adequacy of the Drawings.
Preparation of Drawings. The Concessionaire may, subject to the Construction Requirements, adopt with or without modifications the Drawings made available by MCD [if any] or adopt its own Drawings. Provided that, the Concessionaire shall in any event be solely responsible for the adequacy of the Drawings. If the Concessionaire proposes any modifications to the Drawings made available by MCD [if any] or submits alternate Drawings or Drawings in respect of any item for which no Drawings are made available by MCD, the same shall be subject to review by the Independent Consultant as hereinafter provided in clause (b).
Preparation of Drawings. (i) The Concessionaire shall, subject to the Construction Requirements, prepare its own Drawings with respect to the Project Facility. The Concessionaire shall in any event be solely responsible for the adequacy of the Drawings.
(ii) All Drawings shall be subject to review by the SIIDCUL as hereinafter provided in the succeeding sub-clause (b).
Preparation of Drawings. The Concessionaire shall give the working Drawings for Bus Shelters in accordance with the Specification and Standards. The Concessionaire shall be solely responsible for the adequacy of the Design and Drawings.
Preparation of Drawings. The Concessionaire shall prepare at its cost, charges and expenses, shop and working Drawings for the Project Sites in accordance with the Specification and Standards. The Concessionaire may, for this purpose, adopt with or without any modifications the Drawings, if any, made available by DTIDCL, provided, nothwithstanding such adoption, the Concessionaire shall be solely responsible for the adequacy of the Drawings. The area and location of commercial exploitation wherever possible shall also be made available in the Drawings and approved by DTIDCL.
Preparation of Drawings. ARTICLE - 8 DRAWINGS The Concessionaire shall prepare at its own cost, charges and expenses, shop and working/construction drawings for Bus Shelters in accordance with the applicable Specifications and Standards. Any modification suggested shall be approved by the ITEL and shall be at the Concessionaire’s own cost and at no additional cost to the ITEL.
Preparation of Drawings. The Tenant shall not later than two (2) months before the anticipated Shell & Core Substantial Completion Date at its cost and expense cause to be prepared and submitted to the Developer details of the Fit Out Works for approval including (but without limitation):-
15.1.1 architectural working drawings and specifications; and
15.1.2 structure and services engineering working drawings and specifications; and
15.1.3 separate schedules setting out those items which in the Tenant's reasonable opinion constitute Fit Out Category A Works (the "FIT OUT CATEGORY A SCHEDULE") and those which will constitute Fit Out Category B Works (the "FIT OUT CATEGORY B SCHEDULE") in respect of the design materials and work for the various elements of the Fit Out Works. The Fit Out Works shall not be commenced until the Developer's prior approval has been obtained in accordance with Clause 15.6.
