DCC Data definition

DCC Data means Data:- (a) supplied to the Contractor by or on behalf of the DCC or any DCC Connected Person; (b) received by the Contractor, or which the Contractor is required to create, generate, process, store, transmit or otherwise use under or in connection with this Agreement; or (c) any Personal Data for which the DCC is a Data Controller or a Data Processor.
DCC Data means Data:
DCC Data means all of the following (and also all Data derived from such Data (including any modification or enhancement) and all Databases to the extent composed of any DCC Data): (a) Transactional Data; (b) System Audit Data; (c) cryptographic keys; (d) DCC CMDB Data; and (e) any Data: (i) owned or originated by or on behalf of the DCC or any DCC Eco-System Entity that either is or may be used in connection with provision or receipt of Services; (ii) generated specifically and solely for the Services that relates to any DCC Eco-System Entity or the DCC Services (excluding ad hoc Service related e-mails and internal communications between Contractor Persons) unless otherwise explicitly agreed in a particular Change or Project); and/or (iii) to which the Contractor would not have had access other than in connection with the performance of Services under this Agreement, including: A. any Data supplied to the Contractor by or on behalf of the DCC (excluding any Data owned in accordance with this Agreement or originally possessed by any Contractor Person); and B. all Industry Registration Data, but excluding: (a) Data that forms part of the Contractor CMDB; and (b) Data that forms part of the Existing Contractor IPRs. DCC Ecosystem Refers to DCC’s activities taking place in an environment which includes other suppliers, systems, integrations and interfaces and which also requires DCC to provide services to and/or otherwise interact with the DCC Connected Person(s).

  • Off Contract requires the Contractor or a Contractor Person to hold Data for any material period of time, the Contractor shall perform (or procure) secure back-ups of all DCC Data and Relevant Contractor Data in accordance with Good Industry Practice and any additional requirements of any Call-Off Contract.

  • traffic data means any data processed for the purpose of the conveyance of a communication on an electronic communications network or for the billing thereof;

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI means technology that provides transaction related details, including invoice number(s), pay dates, and other identifying information as appropriate for each transaction.

  • Open Book Data means complete and accurate financial and non-financial information which is sufficient to enable the Customer to verify the Call Off Contract Charges already paid or payable and Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be paid during the remainder of this Call Off Contract, including details and all assumptions relating to: the Supplier’s Costs broken down against each Good and/or Service and/or Deliverable, including actual capital expenditure (including capital replacement costs) and the unit cost and total actual costs of all hardware and software; operating expenditure relating to the provision of the Services including an analysis showing: the unit costs and quantity of goods and any other consumables and bought-in services; manpower resources broken down into the number and grade/role of all Supplier Personnel (free of any contingency) together with a list of agreed rates against each manpower grade; a list of Costs underpinning those rates for each manpower grade, being the agreed rate less the Supplier’s Profit Margin; and Overheads; all interest, expenses and any other third party financing costs incurred in relation to the provision of the Services; the Supplier Profit achieved over the Call Off Contract Period and on an annual basis; confirmation that all methods of Cost apportionment and Overhead allocation are consistent with and not more onerous than such methods applied generally by the Supplier; an explanation of the type and value of risk and contingencies associated with the provision of the Services, including the amount of money attributed to each risk and/or contingency; and the actual Costs profile for each Service Period.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Electronic Data Interchange or “EDI technology” means the computer-to-computer exchange of business transactions in a standardized, structured electronic format.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Regulatory Materials means regulatory applications, submissions, notifications, registrations, or other filings made to or with a Regulatory Authority that are necessary or reasonably desirable in order to develop, manufacture, market, sell or otherwise commercialize a product in a particular country or regulatory jurisdiction. Regulatory Materials include INDs, XXXx and NDAs (as applications, but not the approvals with respect thereto).

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).

  • State Information Commission means the State Information Commission constituted under sub-section (1) of section 15;

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;
