Deactivation Fee definition

Deactivation Fee means the fee payable by merchant upon the termination of a Merchant Account or this Agreement without giving the required notice, which fee was previously referred to on the Fee Schedule as an “early termination fee”;
Deactivation Fee means the fee collected from a participant for removing, deactivating, and logging the removal of a transdermal alcohol testing device. This fee is collected by the participating agency and used to defray administrative costs of the local testing entity.

More Definitions of Deactivation Fee

Deactivation Fee means the fee for the removal of a chargeable OneWeb Service from the OneWeb Approved Equipment.
