Final Completion Deadline definition

Final Completion Deadline means the date that is [***] days after the Facility Substantial Completion Date.
Final Completion Deadline means the date which is one month after the date of Substantial Completion, as such date may be extended from time to time pursuant to the express provisions hereof.
