Means of Transportation by sea to Port of Xiamen via Hong Kong, and by land to each destination within PRC, unless (i) applicable regulations permit delivery directly from Shenzhen to Xiamen, then by ground transportation, or (ii) by air when specified by Customer as to any particular PO or portion of PO, subject to payment of additional transportation expense incurred by the Supplier.
Means of Transportation. Only the most cost effective, treatment necessitated means of transportation may be utilized. If out-of-town travel is required, airfare is restricted to economy class seating on regularly scheduled flights. In rural areas, the regular air travel provider is authorized. Alternative means of transport must be pre-approved by DBH and will only be considered
1) when and where there are limited means of transportation available; 2) when necessary and appropriate to minimize Consumer wait time for evaluation and/or treatment; or 3) if Consumer behavior or condition warrants special accommodation, such as difficult consumer behaviors or to in order to protect public safety. All Agency vehicles used for transport should, where ever possible, utilize police vehicle safety partition and have police windows to insure safety of Consumer and Escort.
Means of Transportation. Arising out of the ownership, existence, use or operation by the Insured or on his behalf: A) of any aircraft, ship or boat of which the registered gross weight exceeds 10 tonnes, and which is partially or totally owned by the Insured or registered in its name; B) of any automotive land vehicle (partially or totally owned by the Insured or registered in his name) and trailers or semi-trailers, whether attached or not (including accessories, equipment and material attached thereto or mounted thereon), except for the following vehicles and their trailers, accessories, equipment and material:
a) tractors (other than road tractors meant for pulling trailers or semi-trailers), steamrollers, graders, scrapers, bulldozers, road surfacing equipment, cement mixers (except cement-mixer trucks) and fork lifts; b) automotive land vehicles meant for use on the premises only (including adjoining roads) of which the named Insured is the owner or lessee, even though they may occasionally be used on public roads.
Means of Transportation. Means of transportation for the equipment, from the parking lot to the finish line and the start by the technicians' arrival and after the event, max. one hour after the competitions end.

Bharuch and Dahej are the nearest railway station present for the study area villages.

Means of Transportation. (i) In gen- eral. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (b)(2)(ii) of this section, property used as a means of transpor- tation includes trucks, buses, trains, boats, airplanes, motorcycles, and any other vehicles for transporting persons or goods.
Means of Transportation. The Parties agree that the preferred mode of return from Norway to Ethiopia shall be by air transport.
Means of Transportation. Vehicles shall be moved in the Equipment described more fully in Section 5 hereof, and shall be transported in an efficient manner, without damage to the Vehicles. Except as otherwise specifically set forth in Appendix A, Carrier shall load the Vehicles tendered to it into the Equipment at the Origin Point. Carrier shall transport the Vehicles to the designated Destination Point by motor vehicle carrier. Except as otherwise specifically set forth in Appendix A, Carrier shall unload the Vehicles at the applicable Destination Point.
Means of Transportation. The Subject Products shall be delivered to Party A by means of overland freight.
