Delivery Items definition

Delivery Items means the Deliverables ordered by the Buyer pursuant to a spe- cific Purchase Order.

Delivery Items shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.6 of the Agreement.

Any Scania Affiliate and/or Dealer shall at all times during the term of the Parties’ agreement (the “Contract”) be entitled to refer to the Contract when ordering Delivery Items and Services from the Supplier for such activities, and shall thus be entitled to order Delivery Items and Services from the Supplier on the terms and conditions stated therein. Whenever supplies are made to a Scania Affiliate or to a Dealer, any references herein to Scania shall automatically apply in the same way to all Scania Affiliates or Dealers. These General Terms form an integral part of the Contract.
