Delivery Payment definition

Delivery Payment means a payment for Ethanol due on and in accordance with the terms specified in a given Accepted Purchase Order, less any portion of the current Set-Off Amount that Gold, in its sole discretion, chooses to set off against such Delivery Payment, as specified at the time of such Delivery Payment.
Delivery Payment means the sum which comprises a total of 30% of the Overall Maximum Contract Cost, which shall be claimable by the Prime Contractor in six monthly instalments of 5% of the Overall Maximum Contract Cost at the end of each of the Months of October 2014 to March 2015, pursuant to Clause 3 of this Appendix.
Delivery Payment means a payment for accepted sup- plies or services, including payments for accepted partial deliveries. Commercial financing payments are liquidated by deduction from these payments. Delivery payments are invoice payments for prompt payment purposes.
