Delivery upon Termination. Upon termination of Manager's employment with the Company for any reason, Manager shall promptly deliver to the Company all correspondence, files, manuals, letters, notes, notebooks, reports, programs, plans, proposals, financial documents, and any other documents or data concerning the Company's or any affiliate’s customers, database, business plan, marketing strategies, processes or other materials which contain Confidential Information, together with all other property of the Company or any affiliate in Manager's possession, custody or control. ARTICLE SIX
Delivery upon Termination. Upon termination of Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, Executive shall promptly deliver to the Company all correspondence, files, manuals, letters, notes, notebooks, reports, programs, plans, proposals, financial documents, and any other documents or data concerning the Company’s or any affiliate’s customers, database, business plan, marketing strategies, processes or other materials which contain Confidential Information, together with all other property of the Company or any affiliate in Executive’s possession, custody or control. Delivery upon Termination. The Administrator shall, forthwith on the termination of the appointment of the Administrator pursuant to Clause 19 herein (Termination), deliver the Title Deeds and Mortgage Loan Files to or to the order of the Mortgages Trustee or to such person as the Mortgages Trustee elects as a substitute administrator in accordance with the terms of this Agreement upon written request by the Mortgages Trustee made at any time on or after notice of, or on or after, termination of the appointment of the Administrator pursuant to Clause 19 herein (Termination).
Delivery upon Termination. Upon termination of his employment with the Company, the Executive will promptly deliver to the Company all property belonging to the Company, including, without limitation, all Proprietary Information then in his possession or control.
Delivery upon Termination. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, SF shall deliver with all expenses prepaid to Quest the Equipment to an address designated by Quest complete and in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

Employee agrees that upon termination or cessation of employment or sooner if it is required by Sebring, Employee will forthwith deliver to Sebring any computer provided by Sebring and any and all literature, documents, data, information, order forms, memorandum, correspondence, customer and prospective customer lists, vendor or supplier lists or records and all other Confidential Information in any form or medium, including computer disks, tapes or similar property acquired or coming to the knowledge and custody of Employee in connection with Employee’s activities as an employee of Sebring.

Confidential Information and all embodiments thereof (including any information on computer disk and any reproductions) shall remain the sole property of the Corporation, and immediately upon request to this effect or immediately upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, the Executive shall promptly deliver to the Corporation all correspondence, drawings, manuals, letters, notes, notebooks, reports, programs, plans, proposals, financial documents, or any other documents concerning the Corporation's customers, dealer network, marketing strategies, products and/or processes which contain Confidential Information.
Delivery upon Termination. Upon termination of Executive's ------------------------- employment with Capital Trust for any or no reason, Executive will promptly deliver to Capital Trust all correspondence, manuals, letters, notes, notebooks, reports, programs, plans, proposals, financial documents, or any other documents or media concerning Capital Trust and/or which contains Confidential Information.
Delivery upon Termination. Lessee shall return, upon demand, at the expiration of the Term, the Aircraft to the Lessor, at such place as may be designated as when received, excepting only for reasonable wear and tear, and damage by any cause covered by collectible insurance; provided, however, that the designated place shall not be more than one hundred fifty (150) miles from the home airport at the outset of this Lease.
Delivery upon Termination. Lessee shall return, upon demand, at the ------------------------- expiration of the lease term, the Aircraft to the Lessor, at such place as may be designated by the Lessor, in the same operating order, repair, condition, and appearance as when received, excepting only for reasonable wear and tear, and damage by any cause covered by collectible insurance.
